* Corrected a recent issue when updating OLB Bookings. Also, made some improvements on when the button is displayed, and shortened the time for uploading bookings.

* Added an option to the “Web Update Reminder” button to “Show Bookings waiting to Upload”. * When saving Bookings or Properties, the message prompt which sometimes appears saying “Another user has modified this record” will now only occur when another user modified the same record, (not when it’s modified by the web updates process). Added a new “IF” option to Additional Fee and Commission Calculations. When duplicating an Expense, there is a new Date option for “Last Day of Previous Month”. * Added 2 more Commission “Base on” options to Property Commissions (#18 and 19). Or you could temporarily select several bookings, filter on that flag, and then use the Bulk Email feature to email the tenants. For example, you can flag bookings to track cancellation requests. The flags provide a visual cue in the bookings timeline, and they can also be used to filter bookings. These can be used to flag bookings for any purpose. * Added 3 optional “Flags” to the bookings form (on the right side). This helps to spot dates with unintentionally undefined rates. * Undefined Rates will now show as “N/A” in web Rates lists, (and when previewing rates). * When turning the Booking Flags on or off in the Bookings form, the booking will be auto-saved if no other changes were made to the booking. This allows showing all properties which are sharing their Rates, Fees or Commission with other properties. Added a new pre-defined filter to the Properties form called: “Share-from Properties”. * If you use the automatic “Bookend Blockouts” feature, then these blockouts will now be reflected in iCal calendars and the Private View Bookings List. * Various minor improvements to form grids, timelines and Finding / Filtering records. * Fixed an issue when double-clicking empty spaces in the Bookings Timeline, for determining the date that was clicked on. The 3 Flags in the bookings form, now show color bars above the timeline, in case the currently selected booking is not visible in the grid. * Any resized grid columns in the Bookings form timeline will now keep their size, and will not be reset when the application window size changes, as they were doing previously. The Share-from Property selections in the Properties form now show the Property Color to help identify the property.
The Show “Blockouts” option in the Bookings form now stays unchecked when you select a Blockout booking. Added an option to “Change Company” (in the File menu), which allows switching companies within VRP, (if you manage multiple companies / databases). This will change the application background color and/or image for all users. Added options for “Background Color” and “Background Image” to System Preferences > Company Info. * Added a link to the BookingPal Channel Connector tool in the top toolbar Web button > Other options.
Solved an issue when doing “Find in List” when a “Find All” filter is already active, and you select “Clear the current Filter”. Added a “Find” button to the App Notes and System Notes form. * When sending emails from the Bookings form, there is a new option to “Send (WITHOUT Preview)”.
* Fixed an issue with the new “Change Company” feature when running on a cloud server. This new “Operator” is available when filtering on individual fields, and in the Query Designer. * Added the ability to create expressions based on “Dynamic Dates”, (such as: Last Month, Last Quarter, This Month, etc.). * Solved an issue due to a recent update in Outlook 365 when sending emails from the Alerts Manager using the “Send without preview” option. * Added 2 new checkbox options to the “Find” button to make searching for Bookings and Tenants faster with large amounts of data. Updates are easily installed by selecting “Check for New Updates” in the VRP Tools menu.
